How It Works
The Frontwave Visa® Holiday Sweeps 2025 (the “Sweepstakes”) runs from December 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Eight (8) winners will each receive a $1,000 prize, as described in Section 5.

Every eligible holiday shopping purchase of $20 or more made with your Frontwave Visa® Credit Card during the Entry Period automatically earns one (1) entry.

Eligible purchases are most retail shopping transactions, such as department, clothing, shoe, electronics, home, book, sporting goods, and gift stores, whether in-store or online, as determined by the Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) listed in Section 3. Common exclusions include groceries, dining, gas, travel, entertainment, and services.

No purchase is required to enter or win. Mailed entries receive equal consideration.

Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Residents of Alabama and Nebraska must be at least 19 years old; residents of Mississippi must be at least 21 years old.

To qualify for automatic entry, participants must be the primary accountholder of a Frontwave Classic, Platinum, or Rewards Visa® Credit Card in good standing (not closed, delinquent, or restricted) during the Entry Period and at the time of prize award.

Employees, officers, directors, and volunteers of Frontwave Credit Union (“Sponsor”) and their immediate household members (whether related or not) are not eligible. This includes employees who are Frontwave Visa® Credit Card holders.

NON-PURCHASE ENTRIES AND PURCHASE ENTRIES HAVE AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING.

Automatic Entry via Eligible Frontwave Visa® Credit Card
Cardholders receive one (1) entry for each eligible purchase of $20 or more made during the Entry Period in qualifying merchant categories described in Section 3. There is no limit to the number of entries.

To qualify, transactions must:
• Be processed through the Visa® payment network
• Be dated within the Entry Period
• Be made using an eligible Frontwave Visa® Credit Card

Debit card purchases do not qualify.

Non-qualifying transactions include: cash advances, ATM withdrawals, balance transfers, fees, or any disputed or fraudulent activity.

Cardholders who close their card account during the Entry Period will no longer qualify for automatic entry.

In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the primary accountholder.

Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”)
To enter without a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and “Holiday Sweeps Entry” on a 3" x 5" card. Insert into a #10 envelope with proper postage and mail via USPS to:

Limit five (5) entries per person during the Entry Period. Each envelope must be mailed separately. Bulk shipments, illegible, late, incomplete, or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025, and received by January 7, 2026. All entries, regardless of method, have an equal chance of winning.

Eligible purchases are those made at merchants whose primary business falls under one of the following Visa® Merchant Category Codes (MCCs):

• 5300 – Wholesale Clubs (Costco, Sam’s Club)
• 5310 – Discount Stores (Walmart, Target)
• 5311 – Department Stores (Macy’s, Kohl’s)
• 5641 – Children’s and Infants’ Wear Stores (Carter’s, The Children’s Place)
• 5651 – Family Clothing Stores (Old Navy, GAP, H&M)
• 5661 – Shoe Stores (Foot Locker, DSW)
• 5699 – Miscellaneous Apparel and Accessory Shops (Tilly’s, Express)
• 5712 – Furniture and Home Furnishings Stores (IKEA, Ashley Furniture)
• 5732 – Electronics Stores (Best Buy, Apple Store)
• 5941 – Sporting Goods Stores (Dick’s Sporting Goods, Big 5)
• 5942 – Book Stores (Barnes & Noble, Amazon*)
• 5944 – Jewelry Stores (Kay Jewelers, Zales)
• 5945 – Hobby, Toy, and Game Stores (LEGO, Michaels, GameStop)
• 5947 – Gift, Card, Novelty, and Souvenir Shops (Hallmark, Paper Source, Rocket Fizz)
• 5999 – Miscellaneous and Specialty Retail Stores (local boutiques, artisan markets)

Amazon purchases may qualify only if categorized under an eligible MCC. Sponsor is not responsible for merchant coding decisions.

Excluded Categories:
All merchant types not listed above are excluded, including grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, gas stations, convenience stores, travel, lodging, entertainment, ticketing, beauty/personal services, bill payment, utilities, and peer-to-peer payments.

MCC Note:
Merchant Category Codes are assigned by the merchant’s payment processor and may vary by location or channel.

Sponsor Authority:
Eligibility of any transaction is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Prizes
Eight (8) prizes will be awarded. Each winner will receive one (1) $1,000 prize.
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $8,000.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received from all entry methods.

Prize Issuance
• If the winner has an open and active Frontwave deposit account (share savings or checking) in good standing, the prize will be deposited into that account.
• If the winner does not have a Frontwave deposit account, the prize will be issued as a check payable to the winner.
• AMOE winners will receive a $1,000 check.

Limit one (1) prize per person. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued as required by law.

Issuance Conditions
Sponsor may withhold, delay, or revoke a prize due to suspected fraud, ineligibility, rule violations, or incorrect account information.

Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 15, 2026, from all eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified by phone, email, or mail and may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and/or IRS Form W-9 within five (5) business days. Failure to respond may result in selection of an alternate.

Prizes are expected to be issued by February 6, 2026.

Requests must be received by the deadline.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other factors compromise its integrity.

Any attempt to manipulate or undermine the Sweepstakes may result in disqualification and legal action.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding. Subject to change or cancellation at any time.

Visa U.S.A. Inc. and any listed merchants are not sponsors and are not affiliated with this promotion.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Frontwave Credit Union, Visa U.S.A. Inc., and their affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability related to participation or prize use.
